Cory is the founder of Lancaster Law Firm, LLC in Tupelo. He has been a practicing attorney for over fifteen years. He specializes in the areas of estate planning, elder law, asset protection, probate, and tax law. He has been awarded the peer review rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, named as a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers and was selected as one of Mississippi’s Top 50 Under 40 business professionals by the Mississippi Business Journal in 2018.

He earned his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Mississippi School of Law and Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acy.) from Mississippi State University. Cory is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel. He is also an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee.

Cory grew up in Ripley, Mississippi. He has two sons, CJ and Zack. He enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team, watching football and just finished restoring a 1970 Dodge Challenger.
